Purchase help

If an owned Sun Ducker skin is missing after reinstalling or changing phones, open the Skins screen and press Recover Owned Skins. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased it. You will not be charged again for restoring a non-consumable purchase.

When contacting support

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, approximate time of the problem, the screen or error message you saw, and whether the problem happened while purchasing, restoring, hosting, or joining.

Account deletion

Open the Skins screen, press Delete Account, then press the confirmation a second time. Gameplay statistics and the Firebase player profile will be deleted. Apple purchase history remains with Apple and can be restored later.
